Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

Exercising withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement via email or letter.

Early expiry for services

For services, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the period if the service has been fully performed and the consumer expressly agreed that performance should begin before the withdrawal period ends.
